Chef Jeff Heigl

A culinary competition award winner, Chef and Owner Jeff Heigl has refined his culinary skills over the last fourteen years in top-rated restaurants across the Northwest. Excelling in his Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management studies in Seattle, he followed his years in school by serving as Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and Catering Manager at fine dining restaurants throughout Pacific Northwest.

Focused on utilizing only the highest quality natural and organic ingredients, Chef Heigl has created a full-flavored menu featuring recognizable, crowd favorites. He is pleased to be in the start of his school lunch program, Zen Kids Portland.

Jennifer Heigl

As Director of Marketing and Events, Jennifer Heigl has over eight years of experience in corporate marketing and event planning. After her studies at Western Michigan University and the University of South Australia, Jennifer pursued marketing communications in Seattle. Upon moving to Portland in 2003, she teamed up with Chef Heigl to begin Zen Kitchen Catering.
